Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike.
