I dealt with Hensons in relation to the sale of our property. The marketing process was completed effectively. The property was already known to the negotiator. The offer process itself was relatively quick, we received helpful guidance.<br>There was a lul between tentative offer(s) being made and the final dates being agreed. It 'felt' as if the negotiators had then lost interest - they probably hadn't but there was a lack of communication, occasions where we did not receive call backs, it felt as though we were "chasing" updates.<br>The post sales service provided at Hensons was helpful. Donna was pro-active in keeping me in the loop in relation to Exchange, for which I am grateful.... Read more
