Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".... Read more

Our experience with the office staff was excellent, all of our queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned.
