25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

He managed to let one of my rooms out in August 2025 and look forward to the next room being let very soon!!- 27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our initial contact was speedy and promising however this didn't live up to expectations as the agent over promised and under delivered. We then were put on to another agent who rewrote the text for the advert, put the advert in a more prominent place and then communicated really well with us and gave very sound advice as we progressed our sale. We will always be very grateful for their assistance.
