Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Having had unsuccessful and unpleasant experiences with several other estate agents in Norwich, Nick’s dedication and hard work was very obvious, tangible, and clearly made the difference. I honestly think that the property would still be on the market if it weren’t for his excellent work. Highly recommended!

5th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.

From start to finish, Dan made the entire process an absolute pleasure. He was always available to answer any questions, and whenever we met at viewings he was genuinely friendly, approachable, and incredibly easy to deal with.
