Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

23rd Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Verity Frearson are the largest estate agent in Harrogate, and in my opinion are handling too many properties simultaneously. As a result they aren't able to give each property the desired attention and exposure. They are also so busy they are very rarely available to take your call and often don't get back to you.

Particularly re-confirming our viewing appointment.<br>When showing us around the flat Jonathan was very thorough and left out nothing. In the office Ella Burnham and the rest of the team who contacted us were great. They made it a very easy process and we would highly recommend them.

It’s taken me a little while to get around to writing this review, but I wanted to make sure I did!<br><br>Victoria and Ben were always helpful, approachable and did everything they could to help us navigate the issues that came up during both the selling and buying process. Efficient. Responsive with calls and emails. Excellent at helping with negotiations.<br><br>We were really pleased with the service we received from Furnell and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.<br><br>And… a lovely surprise when I went to collect the keys from the office- received some bubbles!
