On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Relocating is a big deal and she was an absolute joy to work work with. I would definitely recommend May Whetter & Grose!

Grace was amazing throughout the whole process, as a newly single mum and first time buyer I didn’t have a clue, Grace kept me in the loop at all times and there was never a question that went unanswered! I’ll be forever grateful to that wonderful lady

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Please stay away. They don't seem to know the difference between rising damp and dirty marks on the wall. Totally unprofessional.

16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I jus want to say what an amazing person Jack is. I reached out to Jack from the otherside of the world to track down my relatives. After a tip off (via Polgooth Community Facebook page) that their house was on the market I contacted Jack to see if he had any knowledge of where my relatives may have gone. It transpired that the house Jack has listed is not my relatives house but the one next door! What he could tell me was they are still indeed alive and still living at the address I had tracked them to via Electoral Rolls. So a big shout out to a caring wonderful person.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
