What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again.<br><br>Update in response:<br>As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks ??????

5th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Sadly, they were atrocious on every level. They obviously do well for many but I found them impossible to deal with and they were unhelpful to the point of being wilfully awkward. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them at all.

More like a friend than a sales negotiator.
