10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Lisa was fantastic throughout the purchase of my new home in Larbert.<br><br>From the very first viewing, she was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was absolutely no pressure, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>From viewing the property right through to picking up the keys, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and completely stress-free. The whole Atrium team were always on hand to answer any questions I had and made the entire process feel so much easier than I expected.<br><br>The little gift from the Atrium team when I collected the keys was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. It really added a personal touch to an already fantastic customer experience and was a brilliant way to finish what had been a very stressful day!<br><br>A huge thank you to Lisa, Gemma and everyone at Atrium for making the purchase of my new home such a positive experience.<br><br>I would 100% recommend Atrium to anyone looking to buy a home in Larbert or anywhere across Central Scotland. Fantastic service from start to finish! ????????????

I moved from the West Midlands to Paisley and Arrowhead made my moving in date extremely quickly.<br>If I ever had any trouble or enquiries they were always there promptly to assist me in my move.<br>I would highly recommend this company.
