In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We were selling a very old house as executors and it turned out to be very complicated. Stags were patient and helpful throughout and supported us all the way. The house was eventually sold - the delay being mainly due to a purchase which fell through and they certainly earned their commission.

4th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We requested a valuation for probate and Dunford Brown didnt turn up and didn’t apologise or give any reason for this.<br>We will DEFINITELY never be using them to market our property and will be advising our friends and family to do the same.
