Right from the start the team were friendly, honest and knowledgeable having a really good grasp on the local market. Every time we called for information or advice they were quick to respond. Once we had a buyer the sale itself was difficult at times. But Shankland Barraclough were empathetic and really supportive guiding the process and the support from the whole team was excellent. In particular though, Jeremy and Harpinder were our sale process rocks.
