Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Wouldn't recommend purple bricks. There is no incentive for them to actively sell your home or chase up leads. We did sell our home but this was achieved without any sales agent at all.... Read more
