They were approachable and professional and showed enormous patience as two buyers dropped out and the property had to go back on the market. Katie Jo really did go above and beyond and eventually this led to our successful conclusion.

Everyone was always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Rich and the rest of the team handled everything smoothly from start to finish and kept the whole move running seamlessly. We're so grateful for all their support and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
