12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

Emma Davies & Eleanor Dowse were an absolute pleasure to work with, kept us updated on how the process was proceeding & answered any questions & queries that we had. They represent Cobb Amos exceptionally & we would not hesitate to recommend them.

26th Apr 2020 (5 years ago)At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Cannot recommend this estate agents enough, friendly, helpful and never pushy. Found our dream house last April with them but sadly it sold before we could sell ours. I was overjoyed when I had a call from Mark Wiggins a few months later to say it had fallen through and was going back in the market. The service from them from start to finish was excellent. Special mention to Corrabeth - superstar. Thanks for everything, we love our new home - even in all this rain and mud!

Was very impressed with the media service gathering photos and videos of our home in preparation for it to go on the market. During the sell we were regularly updated on progress and they were readily contactable and available to help. Great service!

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication.
