9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We contacted Fowlers in Storrington to ask for their help after a challenging time trying to sell our house, due to the chains below our buyers falling down several times. Paul and Lisa acted with pace, and quickly found us a buyer who was well suited to our property and importantly , very motivated to buy. Lisa’s contact throughout was excellent and she was both professional but very personable throughout. She worked hard to ensure all parties were kept on-track and any questions were quickly answered. Consequently, our sale went through smoothly and we were delighted with the service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fowlers Storrington.

Matthew communicated extremely well throughout our whole journey and helped steer me through to completion. It was a difficult climate in which to sell, but Keith and the team did not give up. Communication was excellent and Lindsay, in particular, was relentless in chasing up the other members of the chain to agree a move date. Our neighbours were very impressed that they received notification as to when their new neighbours were going to be moving in - a nice touch.
14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have not willingly been into an Estate Agents for years but after my recent experience with Fox & Sons , Goring I know where to go next time . Excellent service from their staff particularly Ben Dann. I wasn't buying or selling , I'm a first time landlord and I was struggling with some of the paperwork. Ben and his Lettings colleague put me straight. I felt I was being cheeky but after explaining my position they jumped to help me . Very polite , smart in appearance and willing to help. Nothing was too much. I would recommend them in future . Thank you Ben .

Your Move Brighton delivered the same high standards that I had become used to. Dominique and Joshua let the property quickly and efficiently with consistent and timely communication. Would thoroughly recommend using these guys!

21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I used Cubitt and West as they were local to me whilst selling my house which made it easy to pop in for a catch up. Due to the far reach they have in the south east of England it made sense to use their experience and knowledge of the market. All the staff were extremely helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help on a couple of occasions. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Kerry the office manager for being so positive the whole journey, Kevin for going above and beyond, Nick the sales progressor for keeping me updated with the solicitors and of course Caroline the secretary for her support. It was a long journey and as well as selling my house, I've made some friends in Cubitt and West - thank you to everyone involved :)

James’ market knowledge and honest advice helped me to make confident decisions, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James to friends and family!

They have such a wonderful way with people and are incredibly knowledgable! They’re reliable and always got back to us as soon as they had information for us. They made the buying of our property really easy! 10/10
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

Alex himself is always upbeat and a pleasure to spend time with, nothing seems too much trouble or to phase him. If you are looking for an Estate Agent to shoulder the stress and make moving as easy as possible go with Alex. Alex sees the whole deal, sale and purchase, and was actively involved in both achieving a great outcome for us. He is birlliant!
