10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

They worked as a team and were instrumental in steering us through a sometimes challenging process to achieve the outcome we were looking for. I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future and would highly recommend others to do so.

They worked hard to promote the property and managed to achieve a fair price in a difficult market. I found the staff there really helpful and honest, and would definitely recommend this company.
