The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.... We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings.
