   We have finally completed what turned out to be a particularly challenging transaction, and I would like to thank Karl Genchi, Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves Romford, for his outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>There were significant delays and difficulties on the seller’s solicitor’s side, and Karl’s personal involvement, persistence and excellent communication made a real difference. He was proactive throughout, followed matters up consistently and did everything he could to keep the transaction moving.<br><br>Thanks to Karl’s support and determination, we were ultimately able to reach a successful completion.<br><br>As someone who works in the property industry myself, I particularly appreciate an estate agent who remains actively involved and committed when a transaction becomes complicated.<br><br>Thank you, Karl, for going above and beyond....    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.<br><br>Around two weeks ago, I contacted them regarding a property that was clearly advertised as having allocated parking. I have screenshots and proper evidence of the original advertisement and all the communication regarding this.<br><br>Based on the information provided in the advert, I proceeded with the property and paid a holding deposit. However, when it came to completing the contract, I was suddenly told that there was no parking available and that they had only applied for a parking permit.<br><br>We waited and followed up again two days later to ask whether the parking permit had been arranged. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were spoken to extremely rudely and the call was eventually ended. We were then simply told that they could no longer offer us the property and that we should take our deposit back.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spent almost two weeks dealing with this property based on the information they had provided. We had also raised concerns about the poor condition and dirt inside the property and were told that this could not be dealt with either.<br><br>Because we genuinely believed we were moving into this property, we had already informed our previous landlord that we intended to leave. Their poor communication, lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time and unnecessary stress.<br><br>The way both the person handling our application and the manager dealt with us on the phone was completely unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication and customer service were seriously lacking.<br><br>I have retained evidence of the advertisement, communication and the issues mentioned above.<br><br>Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our time, money and energy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property.... Read more
