She was incredibly attentive from start to finish, always communicating clearly and keeping us updated every step of the way, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. When our purchase price changed, Wendy was amazing — she acted quickly and efficiently to get a new mortgage offer drafted without delay, which we really appreciated during what could have been a very stressful time. Even after completion, Wendy has continued to be on hand to help with any questions we’ve had, offering ongoing support that really goes above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone going through the mortgage process — her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We've just listed our house with Reeds Rains in Rye. We were almost certain which estate agent we were going to go for prior to the valuation but completely changed our minds by the end of our first meeting with Guy de Vyea. Detailed valuation, very clear communication and just an all round nice chap. When we were ready to list, he took photos and video including drone footage and we were blown away by the quality of what was put together. Everyone in our families that we've showed it to has said it is on par with Escape to the Country! Absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend more.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)My house sale completed today taking just over 8 weeks. Wards worked so hard for me, showing a lot of potential buyers the house, always keeping me updated with feedback. Mark was very professional and helpful with listing my property and often called to update me. Ollie was a great contact for me always friendly, professional and extremely helpful with putting my mind at ease with any queries. He is a great asset to Wards. Darren too was really good at keeping me updated with progress. Having Amanda keeping things moving between Solicitors was a great help and she always kept me updated with a friendly chat. The whole Hythe Wards Team have put my faith back in Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Using Martin Tolhurst and Abbie Oswald was an easy process with an approachable, efficient Solicitor.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Thank you very much to Jessica and Dave, we are thrilled with our new home.

She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative. We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options. Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx

Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
