I sympathise with anyone selling or letting a property through this stuck up agency . May god help you . Completely slack , a lot of p45’s need dishing out here .

15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We recently moved into a rental property through Whitegates and found the whole experience delightful. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.
