Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress.
