18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Musker McIntyre have been my lettings agents for over 10 years and I've had a great relationship with them, as my property over those years had no issues, this last year and a half I encountered many problems, with the help of Dawn and Grace, who had all manner of tradesmen on hand to help sort out and fix the many situations I had. They were quick on the phone , ready to assist and able to come up with solutions and to find a perfect new tenant as well. I couldn't had done this without them both and they continue to support me.

I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
