   Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear.    Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.... He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier.    I can't recommend the team at Homes in Alton highly enough. Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
