He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds
13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great service overall . Sasha who coordinates sales chasing has a wealth of knowledge a common sense approach. She basically gets things done in an upbeat , friendly and efficient way. There were major challenges when the chain broke down and alternative solutions were needed. Sasha remained positive and didn't give up. The solicitors seemed to respect and listen to her . In short ...this transaction would not have completed without Sashes involvement . Well done Sasha and Country Properties

All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!- 25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)honestly cannot recommend Peter highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. The team's proactive communication and professional demeanor significantly alleviated the client's burden. From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
