    Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication.
