19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

Selling a home can be a stressful and emotional process, but the team made the whole experience feel straightforward, reassuring and completely manageable.<br><br>Jackie, the owner, is a consummate professional. She combines exceptional knowledge and expertise with such a warm, approachable manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you genuinely feel that she cares about achieving the very best outcome for her clients.<br><br>A special mention must also go to Evie and Kirsty at the Sileby office, who were absolutely fantastic throughout. They were diligent, friendly and professional at every stage, doing an amazing job of sourcing prospective buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, keeping everything moving and ultimately securing the sale of my home.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive, personable and committed the whole team were. I always felt that my home was in safe hands and that they were working hard on my behalf.<br><br>A truly exceptional team who go above and beyond I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.
