Having had previous bad experiences with other estate agents in the town I know that isn't always the case. I also feel that they take a fair approach with tenants and are prompt in communicating any concerns, something that is important for me.

Every one of them have been on the ball and made the process as smooth as possible for us and have been speedy with replies and information. The agent did our veiwings for us and he was very efficient, making sure everything was left in order. We would not hesitate to recommend David Davies.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
