They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.
