We therefore instructed Taits to take our house of the market as we were totally disalusioned with the entire situation, especially as our offer for the house we fancied was accepted on condition that we recieved offers for ours. We have therefore advised Taits of our dissatisfaction and we have now decided to stay put. As they say in live, you live and learn. ??????
