We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)The best team of estate agents in Newquay can’t express enough how amazing these guys are , supported all the way through our house purchase which at times got very tense but they were there for us all the way , Paula is the Boadaicea of David Ball’s what a lovely lady so so helpful understanding and always there for a call of reassurance plus her great determination for getting stuff done always by your side whenever you need her Thankyou so much A***************
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Confident but not arrogant agent. Good knowledge of the area and was able to until confidence in me that she will do all she can to sell the property. Once on the market she arranged viewings very quickly, making me feel confident she is pushing my house to buyers and making it noticed. She provided good advice and guidance about offers leading to an asking price within and a bit above my expectations. She is proactive in the process of the sale now and I feel confident in her driving the sale to completion. Only draw back is the fee which is higher than all other agencies.
