23rd Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness What an absolute atrocious and useless company. I have been trying to get a hold of Andrew to talk about a property in which had an offer accepted on (which is currently going through my solicitor) only to be blanked and ignored! I have finally received an email to tell me that the seller no longer wants to sell to me - no reason given. They have not also informed my solicitor. They have wasted my time and my money, and also have been wasting my solicitors time!! AVOID!!!!.....Useless you like being ignored, then to be emailed in an unprofessional manner!

7th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Overall great experience with Frank Marshall & Co. We needed a Home buyers Survey for our property. George managed to fit us in within a week of our first correspondence and was very professional and thorough, happy to give advice outside of the report on various parts of the property. The report was comprehensive and pointed out many potential issues with the property that would have been missed otherwise. Overall we managed to save £5000 on our property, using George's extensive report to negotiate a better purchase price. Would highly recommend.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.

They handled a very difficult sale for us and went above and beyond at every stage — from chasing down company directors for restriction paperwork to pushing Land Registry to resolve issues. Brigitta and Josh are a small but incredibly effective team: professional, polite, and proactive throughout. Their marketing was as good as the big agencies at a fraction of the cost.
