5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands! Oh and the app they have is absolutely brilliant and I have to say I am going to miss checking it for updates on viewings and offers! ??????

Judith and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable about selling our property. They kept us right along this path and we got the value, Judith predicted right at the very start.<br>From the initial meeting at Cruive to surveying the house to organising home report and advertising to conducting all the viewings and closing the deal out. Keeping us in the loop every step of the way and not an issue if we just dropped in to ask what we thought may have been a silly question.<br>I would strongly recommend them if you need a property sold. They go above and beyond and do what they say they are going to do.
