My wife and I were visiting the Malmsbury area visiting friends when we became aware of a house for sale in Hullavington village which was of interest for us. This was at 1230 on the day we were due to return home to Cornwall. I immediately telephoned the Strakers office in Malmesbury to enquire whether there was any possibility of a viewing. Winnie took my call, and after a few minutes whilst she checked with the vendors whether a short-notice visit would be ok, she confirmed an appointment for 3 pm later that afternoon. Although the property didn't quite match up to our requirements just having the opportunity to have a viewing without having to make a return trip from Cornwall was extremely helpful.
