Very disappointing experience with Maya Properties. The whole setup felt extremely questionable, especially regarding utility bills. Tenants are required to pay energy and water bills through the landlord rather than directly to suppliers, despite the property at OL6 6EF apparently operating on a shared meter system. We were told this would be changed, but nothing has happened. There was also pressure to sign inventory documents before properly viewing the property. When I attempted to take photographs for my own records, Mr. Rabez Mohammed became aggressive, threw my belongings out of the property, pushed me out of the property, and prevented me from documenting the condition of the flat. Even after I had paid deposit and rent in advance they claim because I didn't sign inventory they will not hand in the keys. Flat number 0L6 6EF. I have formally reported the incident to the police following what I experienced during the day I was meant to move in. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid signing with Maya Properties and to proceed with extreme caution.... Read more
