25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

Mario (Residential Manager) impressed us with his marketing appraisal and sales approach. He is extremely courteous and has great enthusiasm. We were very happy with the brochure Spalding & Co. Ltd. produced. The quality of the photographs taken by John were excellent. He even took the time on the external shots to avoid shadows from the clouds! Charley (Sales Negotiator/Administrator) conducted the majority of the viewings and was our point of contact thereafter. Charley was great, diligently following up after viewings and providing us with feedback. She also dealt swiftly with any matters arising in the sales process. Charley has a friendly, cheery nature and it was always a pleasure to speak with her. Rose (Director) was also proactive and efficient in assisting with the sale process when needed. In summary we received exemplary service from the whole team at Spalding & Co. Ltd. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property in the area.Sowerbys - King's Lynn

One thing that really stood out was how well they organised our viewings. They arranged for us to see four different properties all on the same day, which made the whole process so much more convenient and saved us from having to make multiple trips back and forth. It showed great consideration for our time and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Their communication, organisation, and genuine care made all the difference. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

6th May 2026 (2 days ago)Nice people but never anyone available to do viewings. We had to be there to do them ourselves 99% of the time. maybe they’re short staffed? but 1% of the overall sale price going to them for basically doing very little seems a bit steep. They did take the photographs, but we had to pay separately for that. They should actually have given us a fee reduction as we were doing all the viewings for them
