The tenant also was buying a property advertised by the agent, but communication was poor between the people at Butchers, so they did not coordinate.

The whole process was very easy and straightforward, and I’m so grateful that they gave me the opportunity to rent a property through them.<br><br>I had approached several other agencies before, and unfortunately, not all of them were as understanding or willing to give me a chance.
