The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours. Disappointing and the £12,000 commission we're going to have to pay is an awful lot for what amounts to 9 viewings and a poor price!

They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. 6th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
