Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on.
