Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

One thing that really stood out was how well they organised our viewings. They arranged for us to see four different properties all on the same day, which made the whole process so much more convenient and saved us from having to make multiple trips back and forth. It showed great consideration for our time and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Their communication, organisation, and genuine care made all the difference. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
