18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Rental service<br>The inventory service was unorganized and the staff lacked knowledge of meter readings and codes. Furthermore, the water tank was not clean despite a claimed check, and the centralized heating system was damaged with no operating codes provided."<br>I asked about EICR report they have provided a report with wrong address.<br>Altogether 4 heater and water heater is not working. Before take any rental property they will ask to sign and give money without the documents and proper check.

All the team I dealt with through the process were super helpful and responsive. In particular Paige who was really helpful, and was always there to help and kept us up to date the progress of our purchase. It made the process of buying much less stressful. Would certainly recommend them if you’re looking to buy.

11th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Chris and his assistant Sarah are absolutely brilliant. They sold my house STC within 2 days of it being advertised online , couldn't ask for a better service than that . They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)It never turned up to the view in. Making up excuses. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills.
