Both Tania and Dan have been excellent finding a quick buyer and managing the chain and subsequent communication, following our previous purchaser pulling out at the last minute.<br><br>Given the sale was not straightforward - due in part to market and local factors and the total lapsed time to exchange, it would not have been a surprise if the branch got tired and heads dropped.
