She was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered my questions as I was new to the area. We met again to view the prospective properties and through the process, I felt she listened, took her time and didn’t try to oversell, but took into account my responses through the viewings. The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness.
