Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Fabulous service received so far from Matthew, Grace, Eden and Molly<br>We’re not local, so wanted a pro active agent which is what we received ??????<br>Great communication which was key to us, professionally, honest and friendly.<br>Went on the market 17th March, completed on 12th June.<br>Regular updates provided and solicitors chased.<br>Couldn’t have wished for a more seamless service.<br>All staff an absolutely credit to Beercocks.

The service has been fabulous from start to finish. The previous agent was disinterested and dismissive from the off . Use William H Brown !

We have been looking for our ideal home for quite a long time, and thanks to the coordinated work of the team, this process was as comfortable as possible. Bryony was always in touch, promptly answered any questions, offered. We were very pleased with the knowledge of the market, attention to our wishes. We got exactly that beautiful new house we dreamed of! We will definitely recommend the agency and Bryony personally to all our friends and acquaintances. Thank you for your work and help in finding our family happiness!

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

We had a couple of estate agents come out to value our house, but we chose Oscars because they made us feel the most comfortable and were clear that everything was included.<br><br>Throughout the sale process, Stef was always available to help, provide updates and communicate with the buyers, which was often much quicker than waiting for responses from the solicitors.<br><br>Overall, the experience was smooth and professional and we would definitely recommend Oscars to anyone looking to sell their home.
