Then they let themselves down and me, if anyone wanted to view they told them drive past and if you like it make an appointment, since when do people buy house by driving by. No feed back at all I think good opertunities were squandered a lazy team.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We've been through a very long process of selling and buying which has proved quite stressful at times. However, Adam at Cooper & Tanner maintained a positive outlook throughout with lots of reassuring communication and advice. Thanks Adam, much appreciated.
27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Having been recommended by a friend, Gavin helped me and my fiancé understand everything about the mortgage process from start to finish. Being FTB we knew nothing, He went through everything, answered any questions that we had during the process. Helped us understand what we could afford. Fast forward to now we have been living in our own home for nearly a month. If you need to speak to anyone about mortgages, Gavin is the man.
5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)GTH maintained a high level of professional, but personal interest and commitment throughout the process from the initial valuation to completion - thank you!- 29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

5th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)The property was not sold and the agent was not pro-active, all throughout the advertising stage, there was a lack of communication, did not receive any feedback or appointments on a monthly or weekly update, didn't even let us know, when out of office to pass us on to others whilst on holiday.
19th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
17th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Very clever, come across all nicey nicey but two face springs to mind. We spent 2.5 years in one of there properties, we paid on dot every month and the house was kept in top condition by us. After 2 lots of cancer I suffer with anxiety and depression, well what we where put through only to find out was lies. We were told that the owner was moving back and the stress of finding somewhere was a nightmare, more added pressure. I've now gone part time due to the stress and my immune system has taken a hammering... Lies lies and yep more lies.back to Italy very soon.. Plenty other agents out there I've just seen this so adding it, we wee paying £725 in September it's now £895 shocking....

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
