We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.

This continued throughout the whole process, and as a first time buyer, i honestly think they made all the difference. From accommodating extra viewings to stepping in to help move the process along where needed and answering any questions I had, he went above and beyond to ensure all ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve always had somewhat negative perceptions regarding estate agents, but this has completely changed since my experience with Simon & Co. They are a really genuine, friendly team who are great at what they do.
