He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services.
