Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service... Read more
