22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

Although it was Stockton Branch, the Managing Director of both Branches tried to justify the terrible treatment and lack of any consideration from Stockton. Absolutely zero support and a terrible experience, no calls returned, no updates, and eventually blanked. **AVOID**

Only have good things to say about the lettings department, but the repairs team/property management are the laziest , least helpful people ever . We have a baby in our property and they could’ve cared less about 2 weeks with no heating, a leak for 2 weeks , damp. Absolutely useless

Lauren's probate and market valuations were undertaken in an extremely professional, sensitive and timely manner and was the primary reason we decided to go with ReedsRaines.

Alison in the Whitby office managed our sale and was helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. We are sorry to hear that Astins will be closing down the residential sales office in the spring which will definately be a loss to the area.

They were terrific in showing my late Brother’s house to potential buyers and always let me know about viewings, and answered any questions I had regarding the matter. I mostly dealt with Jayne Saddique MNAEA, the lovely Olivia Mahmood and excellent Debbie Wilson. Terrific job done by all staff. Grateful Thanks, Pat Gibson.

They conducted all our viewings, were punctual, provided the potential buyer with all the information required and followed up with a valuable and detailed feedback report within 24hrs. On the one occasion we had to refuse a viewing, they were kind, understanding and always very positive. Without doubt, the best estate agent we have ever used.

All staff were helpful with clear and productive feedback. Resulting in a sale and a quick completion! Thanks for everything!

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

Jack Symon took the time to come round and talk me through the whole process and was able to take all of the stress away. He has taken amazing photos of our property and the team have provided us with regular updates so far regarding any activity on our advert. Cannot ask for more ????
