They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute.
