Her communication was 10/10 - she was always available by phone, even outside of normal working hours, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>She made what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless and straightforward. 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I rented through cj hole for over 3 years in Cheltenham. I just want to say, the agents are extremely helpful especially Sigita and Nathan (my 2 main points of contact). Sigita was the manager for the flat i was in, she was very responsive and communicative and has dealt with every single thing very promptly and helpfully. And same with Nathan, he didnt manage the flat i was in, but had been also a direct point of contact for me at CJ hole and was always supportive in times of need. Thank you Sigita and Nathan for making my rental period very nice and smooth! The flat itself was given to me in a great state and it was very lovely and comfortable to live in for the period of time i was there. I recommend!

They were so quick to understand us and went out of their way to help in all aspects of our home search.
